“ Highly recommend this unique and well ran business. My wife and I agree that the breakfast we ate today was the best we have ever had. But wait, that’s only the cherry on the top. The location of this place provides the best coolest views and the staff are amazing. Highly highly recommend! ”
“ This is a favorite stop for lunch after skiing either Brighton or Solitude. The Silver Fork is located in the upper part of the Big Cottonwood Canyon, UT a little way down the canyon from Solitude ski area. They have a nice variety of beer on tap and their food is great. My favorite is the bison burger. Stop by and enjoy a little apres ski. It is an old building with a lot of charm. There are a bunch of little rooms off the main dining room that are pretty cool. Take a look around. We have not stayed there or looked at any of the rooms that are available for lodging. But it is in a great location if you are skiing Brighton or Solitude. Stop in for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend. ”
“ Lodge/hotel review: super cozy place to stay near ski areas. Great for couples or families. Definitely more rustic than luxurious but rooms were clean, super quiet, comfortable, and cozy. Easy 5-10 min drive to Brighton and solitude. Breakfast is included, and food was very good and reasonably priced for a resort area. Only things that could be better would be having a hot tub for use during winter months (they have a sauna only) and a earlier start for breakfast (8am start is a bit too late for skiers trying to catch first chair). ”
“ I was out hiking and got hungry, so I decided to stop by the place. Beth took care of me, and the food was amazing. I ordered the ham and cheese eggs — highly recommend it to everyone! ”
“ Incredible service really top notch. Jonathan is a top G of a waiter. Very solid experience. Love the burgers the wings were decent too. Can’t go wrong with the breakfast. The bartender is great as well, really worth a stop before or after skiing or maybe both! If you are visiting stay here to beat the traffic on a powder day! ”
“ We love taking a trip up the canyon to Enjoy a breakfast/ lunch on the Silver Fork Lodge back deck. The Scenery is beautiful, it's like dining in a tree house. It is especially beautiful in fall. One of our favorite menu items is the Bananas foster French toast. It is so rich so great to share, or honestly they should serve it for dessert! ”
“ This is our favorite restaurant. My husband and I went here on our first date 23 years ago and keep going back whenever we have the chance. Love it so much. Great food, ambiance and service. ”
“ A rustic mountain atmosphere and great food. A very long wait, but worth every minute of it. There was outside seating for the brave. Ideal in summer, but not for us in Oct. I had the fried cheese sandwich with bacon, tomatoes, and perfect saute onions. I'd go back for another one. ”
